Data protection during surveys

 

When collecting traffic data, we comply with the applicable Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the associated ordinance (DSV).

The data we collect serves as a basis for transport projects. No personal attributes are recorded during the analysis. The data is processed exclusively on a project-related basis and deleted after a period of 3 months following the end of the project. The data is stored in Switzerland.

If the data is passed on to third parties, they are obliged to sign a data protection agreement that guarantees data security to the same extent.
